This event has a strict player cap. Once capacity is reached, no additional advance entries will be
accepted, and there will be no waitlist or standby list.
Players without a ticket are welcome to come to the store before the tournament begins to check for
same-day openings due to registered players who do not show up. If a spot becomes available, it may
be purchased at the store on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no guarantee that any spots
will become available, so please plan accordingly.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Your ticket purchase immediately reserves one of the
limited player spots for this event. Because that spot is removed from availability at the time of
purchase, refunds will not be issued if you are unable to attend or choose not to participate.
Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the player registered at the time of purchase.

Shipping:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via USPS with standard delivery typically arriving within 5-7 business days for domestic orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination at checkout, with free shipping on orders over $200(for orders shipping to the lower 48 states. We may not ship on weekends or holidays, and processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods.
