This event has a strict 32-player capacity. Purchasing a ticket reserves one of the limited spots for the event.

Once all 32 tickets are sold, online registration will close. No additional advance entries will be accepted, and there will be no waitlist or standby list.

One Ticket Per Player Policy

STRICT LIMIT: ONE TICKET PER PARTICIPATING PLAYER.

Each ticket represents one individual who must be physically present and actively participate in the tournament.

Purchasing multiple tickets for yourself to receive additional booster packs or event products is strictly prohibited.

You may purchase multiple tickets only if you are registering multiple individuals who will each attend and participate in the event.

Our event is limited to 32 players, and every ticket must represent an actual participant. Accurate player attendance and participation are important for Culture Shock's official Bandai event reporting and future tournament support.

Additional tickets purchased for the same individual do not entitle that person to additional event products or player spots. Duplicate purchases made in violation of this policy are not eligible for refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Please purchase only the number of tickets needed for individuals who will actually attend and play.

Important Participation Requirements

ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO OPEN THEIR EVENT PRODUCT AND ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNAMENT.

This is a tournament registration, not a product preorder. Event product is intended for participating players and cannot be purchased through event registration for pickup without participation.

Players must follow the official Bandai tournament rules and event instructions.

Check-In & Late Arrivals

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and the tournament starts promptly at 3:00 PM.

Players should arrive early to complete check-in before the tournament begins.

Walk-In Availability

Players without tickets are welcome to visit the store before the tournament begins to check for any available spots resulting from registered players who do not show up.

If a spot becomes available, it may be purchased in-store on a first-come, first-served basis.

There is no guarantee that any spots will become available.

Ticket Sales & Refund Policy

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Your purchase immediately reserves one of the limited player spots for this event. Because that spot is removed from availability at the time of purchase, refunds will not be provided if you are unable to attend, arrive late, or choose not to participate.

Tickets are valid only for this event and do not guarantee event product without participation.

If Culture Shock cancels the event, ticket purchasers will receive a refund.
